Having driven in many states (NY, NJ and Cali to name a few) California drivers are by far the worst. No one is driving faster, with less care or awareness of others while somehow managing to change lanes, swerve for exists and genuinely be completely lost at the same time.
NJ/NY drivers may...
Got the update the other day, Gen2 R1S Tri, during the cloud API issues.
The energy app is really interesting on long drives I am sure will be helpful.
I have to say HS drop off/pick up is one of the most dangerous things I have done. Kids running through the parking lot, drivers in a rush, not enough space all around. I hated doing that and did it for 7 years, 2 kids.
Would be curious if he did this test on another dozen random vehicles what the readings would be. Maybe it isn't a Rivian thing but a thing in general.
I have not noticed any negative effects to these things but hey who am I? No seriously who am I again?
I could not imagine anyone thinking of a Rivian looking at the CyberTrash, just so different.
Rivian said in 2025, no February or May but a year. It is a halo style vehicle that won't sell a ton but keep a small percentage of people happy. I am sure it will happen but it won't 'Break the...
It's a reward kind of thing. Is the majority of charging infrastructure capable of pushing that kind of power? Doesn't seem like it. Would it require major changes to the overall architecture? Yes. Could those resources and money be used on other things like driving dynamics, motor...
The last time it was in NYC you could only look at it. Honestly I have seen enough online to get the style I want to sit in it, look at the space, and understand how it compares to the R1S.
Did a piece fall off while driving? did you lose control of vehicle while driving? If it is just a noise then it isn't a safety issue but a complaint. If they have checked it and said nothing is wrong you have two choices: accept it or sell it.
It is that black and white.
Our solar array is quite large but is used for the entire house. It generates more than enough power to offset the costs of charging at home. We had it for years before our EVs.
Haven't really experienced the issues you are describing. My Gen1 had some random things for the 2 years I had it and my Gen2 has been fine, but I did get a random reboot twice while driving. Not a big deal at all.
I pretty much use Nav and Spotify, don't use much else. It feels about as...
Public charging pricing fluctuates like the wind. There are so many variables that impact it not surprised to read it went up here down there and maybe from dollars to pounds.
