Right, but that's not what my comment was about. I'm saying there's zero chance that non LE deliveries start in March. That would mean they start getting delivery at the same time as the first LEs, or even before LEs.
There's no chance that happens.
I think it's unlikely they use model years in their conventions. Likely just R1T Gen 1, which will last at least for 3 years of production. Then they'll move on to Gen 2, etc. Or they make just continue to roll out updates as they see fit, kind of like Tesla.

Well sure enough, just checked the Rivian website and all references to Adventure/Explore models starting delivery in January have been removed...

I kid. Makes you wonder who’s getting there’s in Jan/Feb. I would have expected you to be right at the top of the list.
People in a different Rivian forum are reporting that their previously scheduled deliveries are being pushed back by 4 months. i.e., planned January delivery was told it will now be at least April.
UGH.
