Don’t shoot the messenger, but I think they’re still working out a lot of small kinks, and are therefore delaying deliveries to non-employees. If you read/watch the reviews that came out yesterday there was a large number of problems with the trucks. Just a few that I remember seeing:

Now that I see how many reviewers got invited, I can see why TFL was surprised they didn't make the list or even get a reply.
That said, their whiny video was in very poor taste, and did not improve my opinion of them. (and I really like the TFL guys generally)
I’ll be happy when real, paying reservation holders (who aren’t also employees) start taking deliveries. I’m one of the people on the side that believes having a few employees driving the trucks does not count as meeting their September target deadline.
I have know idea who's source is correct, and I hate not knowing that. So please don't take this as a shot at you, but I wanted to provide a counter-indication.

Agreed. Assuming there’s no cars in front of you, adaptive cruise control is the same thing as “normal“ cruise control. The Adaptive part simply keeps you from running into the back of other cars…
