That very much looks like an alignment and/or tire pressure issue. I’d have SC take a look at your alignment and go from there. That’s not normal tire wear. Based on the sidewall marks on the front tire, it looks like it’s been very under-inflated for a little while.

The 20's are a forged wheel, unlike the 21's. They're a stronger, more expensive wheel to manufacture than the 21's, which is one of the reasons they're not the base standard and there's an upcharge.
