No idea, but they appear to be being very proactive about it. My truck is still functional, just DC fast charging throws errors until a full reset. L2 charging at home hasn’t been an issue. Glad they are taking care of it. I just hit 36,007 miles.

It's reasonable to expect hiccups, but I'm with IGill; this is not how to instill confidence in a product. I'd stop short of not recommending it. I would press for a loaner and a quality fix. It's likely something very simple - once they find it.

Hopefully, there will be no need to return the car for a refund. It's likely the lack of contact/assistance that can be experienced. This is frustrating. Did you attempt to contact them through a call initiated from the phone app? I have found that to be useful.

I wouldn’t expect a “Can’t we all get along” email from Tesla or any other brand. They did need to make it clear to their customers who were once under the impression that they had an exclusive charging network for their vehicles, that they had sold the privilege to others.
