What about side steps. The Jeep is quit a climb for me. I'm not a tall person. Rivian mentions
I just hope the kneel mode is low enough for my wife to climb in. It looks like the lowest is 7.9 inches. That's why I never bought the wrangler at 9.4 inches.
From all of my searching this is not possible without use of electrical current. I hope I'm wrong but I believe this is false information. Yes transitional eye glasses can do this but they are a very small piece of glass. Why does Rivian let this debate go so long???
I think the issue is that the Rivian or your phone would need decent data connectivity, where satellite radio will wprk in remote adventure locations where there is no cell service.
Yes of coarse. Thanks for that.
My first test drive with Tesla was in 2007 and off and on since. When I got close to hitting the order button I would read the experience's of the owners and back off. Last month I bought a 2020 bolt and have not been disappointed and yes time will tell. I have been a Rivian preorder for 2...
For my 2 cents I'm also disapointed but will survive quit well with the 300+. I've been debating both for 2 years. I'm tired of waiting for promises within the industry. That's why I bought a Bolt last month. Good deal with GM and got my wife back to driving. We actually are quit pleased with...
I'm all for that if it darkens enough. I don't believe eye glasses really did well with it especially for strong prescriptions but I'm getting off track.
To change it would need to be. You would think Rivian would make that clear. I don't think it would be a low cost standard item. I know Mercedes had that as an option some years ago.
This quote is from Mercedes in 2012 for their SLK.

While the standard roof panel is made of...
It appears to be very light glass. I definitly would have to get the darkest tint possible to survive the intense sun here in the Phoenix Valley and the rest of the state for that matter. If I get the launch addition that is exactly what I will have to do.
Rather quirky I must say. The frunk and tunnel will make up for this blunder. I would rather have the seat fold in the opposite direction but the design is what it is. Sure don't want to snap off the cushion. Hinges look like a weak link.
