Mine did this a couple versions ago, was stuck in pause for days. I ended up having to call Rivian Service, who had to get in touch with someone else and they had to cancel my update, and manually re-push it to my vehicle. then the download completed. Just an FYI.

Hey! My vehicle is ready as of Saturday for pickup but we were out of town. Since I'm 2 hours away trying to find a good time to go get it this week before the SC closing time. May have to wait until Saturday. It was a software issue is all I heard.

Bummer, hopefully it's a quick in and out for service. If it takes some time for them to dig into it they'll give you a loaner or enterprise rental if they don't have any loaners available.
