In the Seattle area I rented a bay for 2.5 hours (~$150) from https://stewsgarage.com/ and did the install with a friend. It was fun and easy. Putting the car up on a lift helped a ton and made it easy. Using an air gun to get the bolts on and off was also super fun. I drilled the holes to install.
FWIW, I am in no way mechanically inclined and I was able to install them with a friend in 2.5 hours. We rented space in a DIY garage so we could put the R1S on a lift which made it 1000% easier. Using an air powered impact wrench alone was worth it.
The cargo liner fits great. There's a weirdness with how the back half of the liner sits when the trunk is closed. It flops over and sits on top of the bed liner. There's no way to attach it to the door because the door surface area expands when you lower the trunk door. I'm debating cutting off...

I'm hoping Rivian's pride doesn't get in the way of what is obviously a good deal for customers. If they look at the Tesla network vs. Ran the way they look at their user experience vs. offering car play/android auto then we won't see Tesla Supercharger support.
