In the Gravity, you have the large sub-trunk available when the third row is up. I would be interested to see the cargo capacity in that configuration because I bet it's higher than the R1S with the third row deployed; especially, when considering the frunk space.
The Gravity has smaller exterior dimensions, but more interior space. It's also a 3 row electric vehicle. It's absolutely a fair comparison. These two vehicles will be cross-shopped.

The testing numbers you referenced reflect the Gravity Grand Touring model with 825 hp.
The Gravity Dream Edition has 1,070 hp.
I'm not sure which model Hagerty was able to source for their test, but it’s definitely not a foregone conclusion that the new Rivian Quad will come out on top...
