I had a similar - but temporary - issue when the R1T was in a shop getting window film; the building's metal roof was blocking enough of the GPS signal to confuse the app's location. Rivian support checked the signal strength at -80.. When the truck left the building and moved to the...

So I called support, and they checked the signal strength - said it was -80 - and that a metal roof might cause the GPS to fail, so the app will report the last known location. its probably showing the near cell tower. So when the truck leaves the shop, GPS should reconnect.
