You need to be a dedicated circuit for both. You can’t have an outlet and hardwire to the box. This won’t pass inspection anywhere.

Just found this thread. Same issue. For reference I also have a polestar2. I’m used to a 99% success rate on EA. With the Rivian I’ve had 2/8 attempts work on the same chargers as the p2. There has to be something wrong here.
