Rivian has already botched the good will everyone had towards to gear tunnel based camp kitchen. Now we have an aftermarket option that is MUCH better and more affordable. There are already several SUV based kitchens available out there. I think their attention is best put somewhere else

Good move. Just remember that ALL of the outlets have a total output of 1500w. So if you plug in a fridge using 1000w, you can only power another device using 500w. Check your fridge specifications to find the wattage. I shouldn't be a problem but it's good to know now.

The outlets are 120v and 1500watts. So you just need a cable that can handle 12.5 amps at a minimum. (1500w/120v=12.5amps)
