Here's what I did so that the bottle jack can be stored upright.
I used an angled grinder to shape the Sprinter bottle jack. I then got a 2"/3" flexible PVC coupling, removed the hose clamps, and placed it over the jack.
The jack then fit upright through the wheel (20" All Terrain Dark)...

I have a broken driver's (left) side tail light for an R1T. The plastic lens cover is broken but the lights (parking light, turn signal, brake light) worked fine when I took it off the truck. Currently has some clear tape patching it up. Sold in 'as is' condition.
Willing to give it away...
This happens to me too. It doesn't just happen when at home (within range of known wifi network) but also happens elsewhere.
Usually this lasts about 10 seconds then the audio quality goes back to normal.
I've now been waiting 400+ days for my manual tonneau (took delivery at the end of 2022). Did not received that same email this week and when I last spoke to my guide they had no updates.
There have been at least 3 times that I've been told I will be getting my tonneau, but still waiting...
On road trips I drive using both the Rivian nav and Google Maps (via my phone on a phone mount).
The comparison has been roughly:
20% of the time Rivian nav is better
10% of the time Google Maps is better
70% of the time they are the same
So I don't get all this vitriol towards the nav. No...
Mine are at 13,500 miles and have about 8.5/32" tread left on all four.
I'm expecting to replace them around 27,000 miles.
They just started getting a lot louder, louder than any all terrain tires I've had on other trucks.
I've had the same issue for the past several months. Usually a soft reset fixes it for an hour or so.
Lately however the cameras are working again most of the time (80% of the time).
I have a service appointment next month to get it fixed.
I have the 20s. They have been good in deep snow and most conditions, but I've had a few occurrences where lateral traction wasn't great.
One time I was turning onto a side road at somewhat slow speed (10-15 mph) and the truck lost traction and slid sideways for several feet. This was in light...
Thanks for the offer. I did not get snows this year. My plan is to next fall get a full set of wheels/tires from Rivian (https://rivian.com/gear-shop/p/20-in-all-terrain-wheel-and-tire-set) and have a local shop mount winter tires. Then I will get one puck and be able to install myself when needed.
I'll admit that I could have been nicer in my initial post, and so I apologize for starting things off that way. But I do ask that anyone who reads this post to consider their actions when driving. A quick picture or text may only take a few seconds, and most of the time there will be no...
This shouldn't be a controversial topic or something to joke about. I'd love for a day when cars are self driving but until then, please people, don't be distracted on your phones when driving.
@mikehmb You admit that you were "on the phone" and your picture is clearly taken from the driver seat. What are you going to try to claim that someone else took the picture or that it was taken from the passenger seat??? It's not safe to be on your phone when driving.
