Agreed. That’s a great way to look at it. But I also agree that one tie down on each side doesn’t do much. I would rather they include none, but make them available for purchase in the Gear Shop for those that want them.

I’ve been skeptical for a long time that Rivian will actually fix the powered tonneau. They have known about the issue for years, and still don’t have a fix. How much more evidence do we need than that?

Thank you to everyone who replied. I actually think Rig'd were originally planned to be a part of the Optima builds. You can see their logos on the vehicle mock-ups. I will reach out to them to see when they estimate a release date for their Rivian fitment.
