I am having this issue with my rear passenger window. It does not go all the way down and the app shows, "close windows", even after I have manually closed the windows, well so I think.
How did you do the manual window calibration?

I ordered my 21" spare in August. It was delivered and installed this Monday, the 11th, with the new jack. The tech told me the new version was sturdier and not three pieces.
