Well these are adventure vehicles first and foremost, so the ATs would be needed for off-road adventures these are built for. So I would say that is completely normal.
I tried those setting and it sounds horrible as does everything after this update. They really messed with the frequencies, especially the bass. I cannot for the life of me fix it, even after resets and adjustments to the EQ. Very disappointed.
I updated yesterday and went out to test and noticed that when listening to Apple Music via the vehicle vs. my iPhone via bluetooth the volume and tone is lower when not using Bluetooth. Also, I had added an amp and 12" woofer in place of the stock subwoofer and now, even if I turn up the bass...
Recently I noticed that when I have the air condition running in my 2023 R1T and I make a turn in either direction, the cold air gets warm for a moment and then starts blowing cold a few seconds later. Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or if this is an issue I should have service...
I unfortunately experienced the same issue. Also, the cheap adhesive on the metal discs comes off of the glass with heat and the magnets obviously fall off. Also noticed when driving with any window open it fluctuates so much that the magnets fall off. This should be sized a little bit bigger...
I'd be curious if you have anything in the works for the rear of the truck, like a type of armored bumper? After seeing the cost of repairs for minor dents that is my biggest worry so I am really wanting someone to come up with this option.
LOL, while I was waiting for your response I did the same thing, pry bars and even standing on top of the box to get it to squeeze in and I got it without damage. Your terminology of aping it in was right, that's what I felt like standing on top of the box to force it in. ;)
I'd be curious to know the method you used to push out the front. I too bought one of these since you said you made it fit because other boxes I tried just didn't sound good, and I am afraid to damage the area by pushing to hard. Appreciate any guidance here. :)
Question, you mentioned you connected high level inputs into the amp. From where? Tapping the stock sub? And if so how did you convert the speaker wires to rca? Using an loc and if so, which one? Thank you!
To send a text message I simply hold the side button on my phone for a second to get Siri to come up and you can then speak to it and dictate a message through the audio system via bluetooth.
For the 4 wires you have for the sub on the diagram, which ones are the input to the amp, vs. output? I am trying to connect pre-amp to remove the cross-over and amplified signal.
RCAs don't have any voltage coming out of the LC2 into the amp, but again, not getting any directly from the wires connected to the speaker playing. Prob an issue with my multimeter. Waiting for the new one to test further.
Yes, there are only 2 different places to put them and they are right. I even tried other RCAs. I checked all speaker terminals on LC2 and amp, no voltage. I even checked for voltage on the 6x9 speaker while it was playing and it did not register anything. So perhaps my multimeter does not...
I wil say since my last post I added a switched remote, also no change. The stock 6x9 speaker has audio, so it has a signal that I have spliced into and have going into the input on the LC2. So I am still at a loss here as to why I do not have any sound. If I don't hear back on this I may try...
I installed an Audio Control LC2i Pro and 500 Watt Rockford Fosgate amp to power my 12" Fosgate sub. Problem is I am not getting any sound. I tapped into the stock 6x9 sub in back and that is going into the LC2 and then RCas to the amp. I have a remote connected and everything turns on, just no...
So I ended up going with some different equipment because the amp I had was not working for some reason. So I went with a 500 Watt mono Rockford, Fosgate and an LC2i Pro. I have the LC2 set to audio and connected to the woofer (6x9). It is getting the signal because both the LC2 and amp are...
