I've been with USAA for 20 years for auto and home insurance. I just purchased my Rivian in March. Would you mind elaborating on what has been terrible with customer service and claims? Has it all been Rivian specific? Have you had issues with coverage on other vehicles with USAA? Just curious...

Perhaps a lesson here is don't order stuff from your phone. I guess I'm getting old, but I prefer to order most things (besides take-out food, concert tickets, etc.) from my computer. Some webpages can be a bit tricky on mobile devices.

I used a damp cloth to wipe down everything in and around the port. I also used canned air to blow out any debris. Under controls, the Rivian app says, "couldn't open charge port - obstacle detected". More info shows "Couldn't close charge port - An object was detected so the charge port door...

Not completely relevant, but I had a windshield replaced on a prius prime last summer in Jackson, WY through Safelite. They did not have any aftermarket windshields at their Utah warehouse, so USAA approved oem glass for the vehicle.

How long was it used for?

This tri variant seems to have the non-Ascend interior type seats. Can someone who has owned both comment on whether the new ascend seats are more comfortable than the seats on all the previous trims? That might be why this dune tri model is cheaper than the other tri models.
