Forest Edge is my favorite, especially with Launch Green. Since Rivian is doing the special run of Forest Edge, it would be so cool to get it in the R2. Come on Rivian!

That's true, I kind of forgot about that. I love the split tailgate on the X5, and what I had on my R1S. It is just so nice for loading groceries and stuff, as well as being a really nice built in seat. The rear window should give me half of that.

I'm curious what premium features are missing? I'm actually happy to lose the air suspension and camp speaker. It's not like the R1 had real leather. I think the biggest things I'll miss are the fully powered hood and the split tailgate. But the R2 has not one, but two glove boxes!

I can see mine getting filled with pollen and other tree gunk in the spring, but other than that I'm not worried.

EV Sportline, 2024 Gen 1 R1S. I’ll get them in the member shop soon. Gonna try to get them off today. They have been on the car since Dec 2024. I’ll have to examine them when they come off, but no chips or rust that I’ve noticed.

I am. Same reason, plus I need more efficiency out of my EV. I do Love the R1S, and I hope I love the R2 as much.
