I just received my R1T "confirm your confirmation" e-mail about an hour ago.
I'm in a bit of a pickle. I ordered a Lightning and R1T and accepted delivery of the Lightning last month. I'm in the process of selling it on Bring-a-Trailer and will be listed soon so I can use the proceeds to...
Rivian showed 35 last week in the LA area last week and then it went to zero inventory overnight. I logged it today and the now shows 8 to choose from.
A $35 dollar value!
I believe in the same values as you do. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
When inquiring about access to the R1T Shop on a chat I was kind, polite and respectful. I was told a polite ānoā for R1T Shop access but to check my account towards the end of the year. I...
The Cybertruck will use of version of a commercial roll up garage door using small slats. Itās a more robust design but could not be applied to the R1T due to the Gear Tunnel.
Here are some photos that I took at the Peterson Museum when the CT was on display. Observation: the Cybertruck looks...
As more and more R1Tās hit the road the resale prices decrease. Simple supply and demand economics. The sweet spot for flippers was 6-9 months ago. Sellers weāre getting $115k to $130k.
Iām in as well after being locked out.
I checked the R1T Shop while I was there and they have zero R1T inventory for my area. Yesterday they probably had 30 R1Tās to choose from.

The upside is that owners get to drive a low production vehicle thatās on the cutting edge of auto technology...
I wish you the best with a refund or replacement vehicle. Your vehicles assembly quality is the worst that I have seen on the forum. Itās truly atrocious and unacceptable.
I have no idea how your truck made it made past Rivianās final QC inspection. Are these QC āinspectionsā being performed...
That workmanship is scary. If your within the 7-day window I would return the vehicle for a refund. The assembly quality simply not up to $80k vehicle standards.
I can see this business decision coming: Fill all manual and zero tonneau cover orders until a production fix is available for the powered tonneau cover.
It doesnāt make business sense to keep installing version 1.0 powered tonneau covers if they all need to be modified/repaired down the road.
