Yeah it wasn't an option for this as a bundle, but it was an option to have AT, Reinforced Underbody, and Spare all separately. So my theory is that any truck that had all three of those configured, they're now just calling that the All Terrain Upgrade, +$3850.

Yeah the way I see it is the vinyl was originally for the cheaper Explore trim. They cancelled that and are slowly moving it into the regular Adventure time. Kinda similar to the Meridian audio branding going away. Basically cost cutting/price increase.
