What is your configuration? Something similar happened to me. I have rivian blue, adventure package, black mountain interior.

My configuration is locked. My guide he was expecting my preliminary sales agreement to be emailed to me by yesterday. I texted him when it didnt show up, but have not heard back from him yet.

I was recently contacted by a guide and he stated he gets us into a "fulfillment" status. After a VIN is assigned then you sign the preliminary sales contract and it is within a week or two after that.

They had pulled up my account so they knew my delivery time frame. I told them I was hoping to get a test drive in before we signed the contract.

That I dont know unfortunately.

I just called and asked if it was possible to get test drive. They said they do mobile drives out of the venice hub and by end of month they may begin to do mobile drives out of the costa mesa service center.

if only that were true. Birthday is the 27th so even if a little after that, great birthday gift. :)
