FWIW, hasn’t it been reported that the seats can be removed via 4 easy bolts? Threads on people dropping items down between the seat and center console make it sound like popping the seat out is easier than fishing around for the item.

Yes I’m hoping to find a retrofit solution for a water pump. Would consider also using for a fridge and have been following the “too hot for fridge” concerns, but think there’s a fit if you’re okay with not needing to have the fridge compressor on all that often.
