And don’t forget that Tesla is slowly upgrading their “magic dock” superchargers which have the CCS adapter built in. Carrying your own adapter is no big deal, I have a CCS to NACS adapter for our Model Y use it a lot during East Coast road trips
That’s the silver lining, we get 2024/25 models possibly with NACS and auto tonneau covers…maybe. But I’m trying to figure out why it appears as though only R1S preorder holders are getting the “limited time special offer” for 2023 delivery if you change configurations? ?
That’s the thing,? it appears everyone with an R1S order is receiving this “special offer” email to change their configuration to Enduro motors and get the vehicle in 2023, but none of us (that I know of so far) with an R1T Launch Edition preorder have received the same option to change...
I’ve never seen an Ontario delivery window for Sept/Oct I thought all of us were Oct/Dec, which would put the SC October completion right on schedule. Similar to British Columbia’s 1st deliveries last November. But Rivians end of month updates will hopefully shed some light on the matter ?
Our SC seems to be moving along at a good pace, Albertas has s-l-o-w-e-d to a complete stop…I think the Aug 30th push is for everybody across the board, not just Ontario.
Good morning everyone, welcome to the start of the Ontario Rivian Enthusiasts group. Thought we “Ontarians” could build our own space to use for discussion/event planning/challenges and experiences (when deliveries start) for our Rivian vehicles.
I wouldn’t say the deliveries in BC are “token”. They are shipping them into the Vancouver SC by train and truck loads, but that started earlier this year AFTER the December 2022 launch of the BC service centre, so perhaps we’ll see the same unfold here in Ontario. I’d much prefer a Fall or...
