Absolutely (for Ontario) the SC in Vaughan has permits posted and their deadline is Nov 1st, so Iām playing the proverbial optimist card and will see you at the 1st mile event opening ceremony in December! ?
You may be correct. Rivian did same for BC deliveries with spurts in November/December of ā22 and now the vehicles are coming in by the train loadā¦literally
Thatās a good sign! From what Iāve seen in BC and California, Rivian goes with the minimalist look for their Service Centres, so we should definitely see a working SC this Fall, my estimated delivery is still Oct-Dec 2023 and I even changed the config without any date change. ?
We did the same, got our MY LR last August and drove to the eastcoast for a month, absolutely love it (and the eastcoast)! Helped take the sting out of delay delay delays from Rivian, Iām now kinda hoping my 2019 reservation on the Cybertruck comes first ?
I donāt know if itās location or that theyāre shafting us early reservation holders, for more revenue making recent orders. Thereās something fishy going on in BC with people who are only 1hr from the Vancouver SC that āhadā Jan-March delivery estimates now updating to āPendingā and receiving...
Same here July - Sept now Oct - Dec, guessing theyāre following the same steps they took in BC, Fall opening of the SC and then dribbles of R1ās for media hype ??āāļø

Thanks for doing this! ? These are demolition permits which will be registered to the property owner. Once Rivian starts renovations the permits will be issued under their name. This is great news for us July-Sept and beyond!
