Were you able to get this resolved? I had the same issue all day until about 9pm last night when I actually got the official Rivian email saying it was time to complete purchase. When I clicked through the link in the email, it brought me right back to the documents section on the delivery...
Agreed. She had no idea until I called her for help when the online delivery system fouled up. Happily unexpected timing. She called me on Monday 2/28 to tell me truck in production. One week later will be delivery at home.
It's working again now. I got my official Rivian email "It's time to complete your purchase...." Once I clicked that link, everything seemed to work perfectly. Delivery is scheduled for Monday Mar 7!!

The 'my account' section on the main website. FWIW, the finishing steps are stuck for everyone right now on the final document review stage. Apparently having some problems with the 3rd party that helps with the documentation. So close to the finish line, but not finished yet.
