Well, I am actually thinking about physical interference. The link went to an adapter with the male 30A plug pointing the same direction as the cable from the 14-50 plug would run... off the ground pin. I haven't physically tried this device, but if you plug it into a wall or box outlet...
I canāt speak to pre-conditioning from a cold temp, nor about energy savings, so this may not be relevant to you. When traveling in warmer weather, however, there is a huge savings of time when DCFCing by cooling the battery prior to charging. When on a road trip, I donāt want to extend...
Based on personal observation, a proper torque wrench is necessary. I used to work on engines and could get very close by feel, when checked with a torque wrench. For fun, I habd torqued my breakers and outlet on install and then with a wrench. I was way under. Bottom line, itās worth the price...
Iāve had my T since May of ā22. VIN 49xx. Still have the original double 12v batteries and no issues yet. I am likely due soon, but almost 3 years isnāt a bad run. I may just be lucky, but I do follow the ABC philosophy when possible (Always be charging) and keep it plugged in when home.
Iāve had the 20ā Michelin Defender LTX Platinum in the OEM tire size on my R1 for over 25k miles. It is a great option. My efficiency is higher than the OEM tire, it rides like a dream and is quiet. I live in the Southeast, so I only expect to see snow couple of times a year in the mountains...
I suggest that no one buy it unless the posting follows the well defined and understood rules. Don't be lazy if you really want to sell it. Just take another photo, like you did for the others. No reason to be childish in your reply either. That attitude makes one less trustworthy.
Dude, rules is rules. I don't make them. i also don't know you or your posts. My first impression is that you can't read the rules or are trying to skirt them. Sorry, but that is what we see. It's really not that hard to take another pic.
I'm sure that you know you're an honest and upstanding...
Discount Tire only does tires and wheels, at least what I can see at my local shop and online. They do not do alignments.
Unlike a traditional truck, the suspension geometry varies based on ride height. I have read that the alignment is set at the factory using the All-Purpose mode at Standard...
There can be large differences between air temp and road temp. Also, the sensors used in passenger vehicles are notoriously inaccurate.
The best product out there uses IR to determine road temp and a highly precise and accurate air temperature sensor. It is used by commercial vehicles...
Just an FYI... It is not recommended to stop charging using the method you describe. (pressing the disconnect lever on the charging handle). I think this is called a "hot disconnect" as you are relying on a safety switch in the charging handle to disconnect the charge. This works for awhile but...
