Valid points, but I'm hoping that the R1 doesn't drop off at the same rate as others. The R1S, notably, is in a segment that is still fire-hot (large 3-row SUVs). The Cybertruck simply doesn't compete with the F150/etc, the Taycan/Model S/Lucid Air are all sedans/wagons, which is a dying breed...
Welcome to the fam. We picked up our R1S a year and a half ago, and it's one of the few cars that, even after a couple years, I still turn around and look back at when I park it.
We have a Model 3 as our 2nd car, but that's getting traded in for an R2 once it becomes available.

Honestly, for ski resorts, I think 20 slow chargers would be more beneficial than 10 fast chargers. It's a "destination", so most folks are there for the entire day or weekend and away from their cars.
