If you have the phone proximity enabled, the FOB never works. I had to remove my phone, lock the car, then go out of the FOB proximity range, wait for the car to sleep, then walk to it and it will work.

None of these vehicles has a true useable 3rd row with true cargo. This design takes advantage of every inch of the real estate. It's great.
