I would go with the standard tesla (not universal) 450, buy an adapter on Amazon for <$100, then you can use any tesla/nacs level 2 charger, because you have your own adapter. I keep mine in the driver door pocket, so I can use it to charge at home or when I'm at my business, or anywhere else...
LOL, I've had the exact same experience, and even if it gets the right spot, it often takes you the long way around. It's like it will tell you to go right instead of left, maybe because it's easier to make a right turn, but going that way is a round about way. I've had it tell me to take an...
Has anyone compared efficiency of the stock 21 to either the radius or msw wheels running 275/60-20 AS tires? Looking for an all season that can go in the winter here in MN as well as be as efficient as stock, or better.
I have 3 tesla wall chargers, and bought an adapter for the rivian on amazon. Works great, keep the adapter in the door pocket and use it charging at home or when I go to my business. Can control and see status with the Tesla app, not as much info as we get on the tesla, but will probably work...
The regular cruise has always been annoying with the keep your hands on the wheel message for me. Unless I'm really squeezing the wheel tight or holding at the top half, and as soon as I lighten my grip, the message comes up. Very annoying, but not the end of the world. I don't understand why...
Anyone else notice this, but if I turn on cruise control in all purpose mode, after a certain amount of time, the car will drop to low ride height. At first I thought I was having suspension issues, but it seems to happen regularly only if I have cruise set. As soon as the speed drops to < 40...
Please post your efficiency when things are warmer...that's a little better than I've been getting with my 21's...but it's much colder here! :) I think I get between 1.65 & 2.05, depending on if I'm with the wind or against and just how cold it is.
I captured this quickly...it did at first show something like 27.x mi/kwh, but I couldn't get my phone out quick enough to capture it. I don't really care for this either, would prefer something like in the Tesla where it has the last 15 or 30 miles, not minutes. Would also love to see current...
I'm glad I don't live in CA! Our off peak rates are .062/kw. We can set up a meter for our vehicles (I actually have 2, one for each vehicle) and we can charge whenever, but we pay based on the time of day. Off peak rates are .062/kw, Normal is .12/kw and peak is .30/kw. We set our chargers...
They should do what tesla does, back up all your settings for your profile to the cloud, then, when you get a loaner, or a new car, it pulls them back down to your profile and everything is set for you....works for the loaners too.
I was just thinking the same thing and wondering if those would get as good as or better range than the 21's and be able to have much better tire options...I have plenty of tread on my 21's but thinking about switching to 20's when the tires wear out but want to maintain maximum range.
If you...
When it navigates me to a company that I had to pick up some supplies from, it told me to take an exit ramp only to redirect me back to the hwy I was on, but now having to cross 2 lanes of traffic to get back to where I was originally!
I have noticed that it does send you on some pretty bad...
If you want to coast for a longer period of time, just hold the gear selector up slightly for 2 seconds and it will shift to neutral and you can coast. When you want to slow down again or speed up, just tap it down into drive and continue. I do this in certain areas I drive all the time. I...
I couldn't even watch the whole thing...utterly stupid. I think most people that own electric cars understand the purpose of them and like all versions whether they own a particular brand or not. At this point, most cars out there have a specific purpose and demographic, and there isn't a lot...
