I wouldn't trust them for ratchet straps, at all. Use the four factory D rings at the lower corners of the bed for ratchet straps.
I would only use these L-track pucks for bungie cords and light-duty accessories.
Depending on how much tension that bolt is under, you could possible cut a slot into it with an angle grinder or dremel, then use a flat blade screwdriver. If the bolt is under tension then that may not let you put enough torque on it, however. In that case, you may consider drilling the head...
Get a power retrofit kit so you can run the charger USBs off of the factory wireless charger harness rather than taking up the USB ports in your console.

Not really. The difference is more than 1mph between 275/55R21 and 275/65R20 once you go past ~30mph... And the faster you go, the bigger the discrepancy.

I had that issue. It's one of the few issues the service center actually seems to have fixed on the first attempt. The tech said he removed the trim from the center of the seat, filed it a little, then applied some padded tape and reassembled.

AFAIK, they don't have to drive it. Should be able to ask them to send out the tech with a clipboard and walk around the car with them.
