Trying to figure out how to do this in TurboTax. Put 8/15/2022 as the in service date. 3/1/2023 as the delivery date. Giving an error that delivery cant be later than in service. Do I put 8/15/2022 as the delivery date? Doesn't seem right. Or should I see if TurboTax can fix their rules?

When I got access to the shop last Oct there were like 40 in there at the time. I think its just timing on how many are there. I think it goes up and down dramatically based on when they put them in and how many people have access to the shop.

WA has pretty good dealer protection laws. They cant even do demos here. I got my T pretty easy. Its basically an IL "purchase" then delivered here. Had an IL temp tag for a while. I know some states are much stricter but wanted to give you a data point.
