Man, you have to stop posting about the great adventures in your Rivian!!!!! And, stop posting the incredible pictures!
Adventures up amazing mountain passes like Imogene are supposed to be kept secret for us locals!!!
The channel has less than 5,000 subscribers.
If this person is making money off boring videos like this then I am in the wrong profession. This guy could put someone in a coma just by the amount of boring he puts out.
I am sure he is a nice guy, but his video content is painful.
I am sure there are plenty of parts of Iowa that are more interesting than a charging location or the interstate.
The video you posted is actually better than the road trip video!
This may be the most epically lame road trip video of all time. Who wants to watch a video about some dude driving across Iowa and Nebraska?????????
We should declare a moratorium on boring Rivian road trip videos being posted on the board.
Driving through some interesting wilderness in...
Per Plugshare, there are two hotels that have Tesla destination chargers. Get yourself a TeslaTap and charging problems solved.
Stay there the first night you roll into town and the last night as you get ready to leave then you can charge over night.
Good luck.
Bwahahahahhahaha. Ain't that the truth.
I tried to play the cancer sympathy card with Rivian and that did not even work. I have seen the same Rivian a couple of times in the parking lot where I go for radiation treatments, so thought I should try to play that card. It failed.
Summer of '23...
Sorry to hear about your issues with Rivian.
I am still 6 months away from getting my truck, and lucky enough to live in a town with a large, fully functioning Rivian service location. So, I am not super worried about service issues as they arise.
I had to chuckle with the title of your...
"Charge Angels" without a network of people to service broken units, and an inventory of available replacement parts, don't mean $hit.
I have had good luck with Electrify America since I got my first CCS compatible car in 2019. But, with more and more non-Tesla EV's rolling out and being...
I have made the Denver to KCMO run multiple times this year and have not had any issues with the EA network through Kansas. It is a detour back to Michigan, but reliable chargers are worth it.
I don't feel "prickly" about most things. Certainly not about my Taycan since it does what it needs to when appropriate. Including leaving the vast majority of vehicles behind if I choose to. That goes for my Rivian as well, when it arrives.
I just thought your Internet internet forum...
Alright, Mario Andretti, settle down. You drive a Volvo right now, so let's not get ahead of ourselves.
I don't think Mrs. ChampagneUnicorn will appreciate you trying to race anyone in town when you get your R1S.
My current EV drives circles around any Rivian, but I will not be "blowing"...
Anyone who drives through west Texas or the panhandle of Texas in July is a better person than I am. I don't drive south of Colorado in the summertime and actively seek locations at altitude.
You went on a successful long distance road trip in your Rivian and leveraged the Electrify America network? Are you sure? Everyone on this forum knows that you can only road trip in a Tesla because only the Tesla supercharger network works reliably enough to get you where you need to get...
Charge 16 - EA Heyburn ID - This was a doozy, got in an argument with some lady who thought it was fine to park at the charging station because she was only going to be there 10-15 min. I tried reasoning with here but she was not having it. There was a cop sitting right there and he said...
Maybe you should call the Out of Spec Kyle dude. He seems to have parlayed a tragic sense of style and a Doug from the movie Up attention span into skipping 40k to 50k people in the reservation line.
