Even if I could get any of the other upcoming options I’d still take the R1S it is terrific. I would consider the Volvo EX90 it has some nice features and in the base version should be “well equipped for under 80k.” Worth checking it out.

We have some panel/hood alignment, wind noise on our R1T didn’t matter we both loved it, R1S seems built tighter less issues, less wind noise, couple minor annoyances it’s seriously amazing.

If you get shop access. it will be increased prices.

Hon Honestly hasn’t been a big enough issue to bother me. Gen 2 is more adjustable and helps to minimize further but haven’t tried it yet, I’ll check it out. The tow hook mount looks well made but I have issues with the asymmetry.
