  1. Ferrari Luce?????

Whatever abomination is in Italian, this is it!
  2. Why stock getting hammered last few days?

I have come to the unfortunate realization that my investment in Rivian (and Lucid) will eventually be used for a future tax loss harvesting event.
  3. fw2026.15.0 (gen1) can t use amazon music anymore with new Rivian Assistant

I use an Echo Auto in my R1S as I didn't subscribe to C+. Works fine, but uses BT audio.
  4. Compact Spare Tire for R2 priced at $755

Hopefully the R2 is compatible with the R1 spare, I'd just probably swap the spare to an R2 if I decide to get it in the future. I'm still holding out for the R3!!!
  5. What’s Coming in 2026.15 Update, Including Rivian Assistant

@krb1183 The one way you could get around this is to install an Echo Auto in the vehicle or not switch to the Rivian Assistant. I don't subscribe to to C+ and had an old Echo Auto that I used in a previous vehicle. Works great to play Amazon Music and SXM stations as I don't have an account...
  6. What’s Coming in 2026.15 Update, Including Rivian Assistant

It looks like there will be a free "Lite" version coming per Jose. I suppose we'll have to see how defeatured it ends up being.
  7. What’s Coming in 2026.15 Update, Including Rivian Assistant

It clearly says that on the Riviantrackr site : https://riviantrackr.com/2026-15/ Rivian Assistant is available on vehicles that are actively subscribed to Connect+
  8. What’s Coming in 2026.15 Update, Including Rivian Assistant

I realize that, but if you don't subscribe to C+, then RivAss is not available. So for Gen 1 there are essentially no updates if you don't have C+. From Release notes from YOUR site: Rivian Assistant is available on vehicles that are actively subscribed to Connect+
  9. What’s Coming in 2026.15 Update, Including Rivian Assistant

So pretty much nothing if you’re Gen 1 and not subscribed to C+ … RivAss is yet another data collection service, this should be free to use as Rivian benefits
  10. Reminder: Rivian Promised Level 3 "Eyes Off the Road" Autonomy on Gen 1

Got a link? Google didn't find anything regarding a Driver+ lawsuit.
  11. XCare Extended Warranty on Rivian: My Full Claim Experience (And Outcome)

Unless you‘re getting a car that’s out of warranty, it makes sense to wait until Rivian’s warranty is near ending.
  12. Rivian sales & service center coming to Perris (Inland Empire), CA

I’m surprised they’re not opening one closer to Palm Springs instead vs Perris
  13. Front suspension dropping slowly while parked, normal?

I just got my R1S back and this is EXACTLY the same BS response I received. Within spec, the won’t do anything about it even though I reported that I occasionally get a pop up error message to wait for the vehicle to raise before driving because it has dropped so much.
  14. Rivian Service policy - no alternative transportation unless vehicle kept for 48 hrs

Just dropped my R1S off at Eastvale and had no problem getting a loaner. They didn't try to push Uber/Lyft credits at all. No way this is going to last once the R2 comes out!
  15. Front suspension dropping slowly while parked, normal?

Agree. If you plan on keeping the vehicle after the warranty then an extended warranty is the way to go -- I plan on getting X-Care. I just dropped mine off at the service center and asked if they will be doing an alignment if they replace the dampers, the person that checked me in said that...
  16. Front suspension dropping slowly while parked, normal?

Thanks. No word from them on the details of my service appointment, they typically call before drop-off, so I'll see what they say.
  17. Front suspension dropping slowly while parked, normal?

Same here. Front suspension sags, but rear is staying put. Time for me to put in a service request. EDIT : Just put in a service request and amazingly was given an appointment for this Friday (April 10) in Eastvale, CA ... was much quicker than I expected. Added a few other items to the...
  18. Rivian Service policy - no alternative transportation unless vehicle kept for 48 hrs

This was exactly the fate that Tesla suffered. I bought a Model S before the Model 3 came out, and service was great. Once the 3 came out, it took forever to get appointments and the Service Center (Costa Mesa) was so swamped that every time I brought my vehicle there, they damaged something...
  19. Rivian Service policy - no alternative transportation unless vehicle kept for 48 hrs

I have used Uber credits in the past for Tesla and the Uber/Lyft both Lucid and Rivian provided when I went to pick up the vehicles when I purchased. The problem with Uber/Lyft credits is that they don't cover tip, so the tip portion is out of pocket and I'm not going to stiff the driver...
