Need something to protect the passenger seat from the dog. Any recommendations?
Others I have do not fit the tall seat back well, and don’t stay wrapped around the seat bottom as the dog moves. TIA
Camped 3 nights in mild temps. Ran the AC a couple hours one day. Ran the fan one night with no AC. Brewed a bunch of coffee with a Keurig (1475 watts). Only used about 19 kw over the thee nights.
What are the best setting to save battery while camping? With 4 campers during a 4 day car camping trip, I’m imaging wasting lots of power every time someone opens a door to retrieve an item. Turn off proximity locking/unlocking?
You all must live somewhere that the power doesn’t go out. On the Gulf coast backup power is a must. $20k for a gas generator or more for a bunch of Tesla Powerwalls seems like a waste when I’ve got 100 kWh of power in my R1 sitting 5 feet from my electrical panel.
1) you can’t go wrong with either.
2) the dual standard is very quick and tows like a champ
3) for the price of the bigger batteries, you could spend a lot of nights in a luxury hotel and don’t be in such a hurry on a road trip. Fast charging on road trips isn’t the big deal you think it is...
If your wife is like mine, 5’2”, and never cleans out her car, she could learn to use the kneeling time to gather her junk and take it into the house. PS, if your wife is like mine, she won’t appreciate you pointing this out.
Anyone found an R1S cargo mat that is one piece? I leave my 3 row folded and am looking for a one piece floor mat to cover the entire rear floor. No one seems to have that for the 2025.
I have a gen1 quad loaner now. The 835 hp is amazing, but how fast do you really need to accelerate on public streets? To me, the Gen2 refinements are more useful than 835 vs 525 hp.
There are lots of refinements in Gen2. The suspension is much smoother. The headlights are controlled as dozens of individual LEDs that auto dim in specific areas where there is a car approaching or taillights ahead of me. The lane change camera on the driver display pops up quicker. Changing...
And when I bought my brand new 2016 F150 Platinum it was only $52K. Like a Gen1, I don’t think you can buy a new one anymore. I get the reference price in the heads of Gen 1 voucher holders is hard to overcome, but it’s no longer a relevant price.
I had the right front Goodyear Territory replaced last week due to a nail in the original. The R1 is now pulling to the right. I don’t get any vibration, just pulling. 8200 total miles.
Would replacing a tire trigger a need for a realignment? Was the tire improperly installed? Have I gotten a...
