Taking Delivery Saturday

They did not schedule it yet, apparently the SC is suppose to call me to schedule a delivery, and I have to make the ACH payment before delivery date..

I was told my track was on Normal 12/6 and today he called me telling me truck is in the SC in Sothern CA.. now waiting for inspection/last QA before scheduling delivery.. so I would say it took around a week counting weekends ..

Guide just called me out of no where saying the truck is on the way, I am at 6/8 for now.. At my work in Michaelson and Jamboree, Rivian rented a garage space for over flow cars from the SC, i was leaving and Rivian employees were bringing cars, so I asked them how long it takes to get a car...

I did, it is around 154XX, Dec 4 when everything started, guide gave me 3-5 weeks on the email, however when I talked to him on the phone, he said that he gave me a very conservative timing... he thinks it will be much quicker but he just said he can not promise...

My 8 steps opened up yesterday and vin# and guide were assigned few minutes after. according to Guide, which I spoke to him today, the truck is in normal, will be delivered on Truck, not on rail, so it will be quicker to arrive to SC, add inspections time, if no issues I might be getting the RC...

ooo that is a very good reason, I have to make sure to prevent my wife from driving my truck then ... otherwise I will need paint job at some point ...
