Did a quick drive by yesterday and they are doing a final pressure wash of the parking area. Inside they had the Red R1T on the lift and it appeared they had a bunch of people being trained inside. It is definitely getting close now.

I agree, has anyone received a guide yet? I'm going to stop by later this week to see what's happening there. When I stopped by last they appeared to be installing charger stations in the back parking lot as well.
I was there on Friday and didn't see any vehicles of interest to us on site. It's moving along nicely but no identifiable signage or chargers out front yet. The rough-ins are there and they now have a functioning rear garage door.
Someone knew someone to have that inside track. I know where that bldg is and there’s absolutely nothing in permits or signage that says Rivian. Again, I whole heartedly believe Ripped but someone has the inside scoop on it.

Very true, I feel like they will be trying for Vancouver just to say they have a SC there as it’s more recognizable for people. I think it will be a major hub like Tesla has within Vancouver. Maybe not with real estate prices in the city but I have a suspicion where they might be building...
