I think the primary "flaw" in the efficiency meter is the x-axis variable. It should be distance, not time. And it should go inactive when your not moving. The area under the curve exaggerates the benefit of low speed efficiency compared to high.
Recently (prior to rev 50) this appeared permanently on my power gauge. I can't find an exact example of this in the manual. It appears to be a small regen limitation. What can cause this?
