Kneel mode and comfort access have always worked for me. I have had my Rivian since February.
The only time kneel mode didn't work it was by design. I was already in the Low suspension setting. Oh and when passengers have decided to try and exit before kneeling completed.
I am not sure. That's why I asked the person that mentioned it.
I don't think the 20% when you drive off is a hard rule anyway. I want to use a good example:
In March 2021 I purchased a turbulence gray 2021 Toyota GR Supra 3.0 Premium for $50,758 ($56,660 - $4,502 dealer discount - $1,500...
You know the buyer pays another 4.5% on top of that right? So if the dealer could expect to make a similar sale, how much profit should they deserve to make?
So do you think that prices might drift back upward based on this?
I've owned a lot of cars and have traded a fair number of them back in both pre and post-covid. I am no stranger to this process, so some of these replies are weird to me. Obviously I know the dealer needs to make a profit on...
I didn't. I paid $84k in Feb for it with 600 miles on the odometer. I thought that was fine since it would have cost me $87k plus to order one and wait (I am in WI, we don't even have a service center). And what about people that did buy new at the post increase pricing? Would you say that is...
I have a September 2022 build R1T Adventure (LA Silver, Dark Ash + Black Mountain, 21" wheels, automatic tonneau) with 3,873 miles and was curious about a trade in on another vehicle. This is mostly because I am discovering I am not really a truck guy and would prefer something smaller, despite...
What's with all the dick waving that adds nothing to the conversation? We get it, you like the smell of your own farts. Point made.
Regarding this thread, it cannot be overstated:
Given the specs, the R1T remains competitive within its current price point. Don't let the fact that many of you...
There is doing what you are obligated to do and then there is doing the right thing.
This situation is not the fault of the customer. It is unreasonable to expect someone to accept a substandard product or pay an extra $15-20k for the same vehicle.
Inexcusable.
This situation is not your fault and the condition of that vehicle is unacceptable. They should honor a replacement with the pre-increase pricing.
It sucks, but if it was me and they wouldn't budge I would return the vehicle, get my money back, and cease to consider Rivian as an...
I have been using my Lectron adapter since 2/10 and it has been fine. I don't think a fairly anecdotal and largely isolated situation serves as a reason for your PSA.
I'm not sure what is going on.
I am in WI where we can have service centers but cannot purchase direct. I had to drive to IL to make my Tesla purchase. I couldn't get it delivered.
I stand by what I said. Blame NM, not Rivian.
Blame New Mexico, not Rivian. Sheesh.

Indeed. It would be more polite to just let the car charge as fast and as soon as the charger will allow and then move it when it is done so you're not hogging the charger/space.
