  1. Precondition Battery for fast Charger

It frequently takes me several minutes to force the stupid nav app to recognize that I want to charge at a certain charger. The button would save me that time, which often happens while I am driving, so is not optimally safe.
  2. Software changes that would greatly improve my experience

On points 1,2,&3, can you just divide by 3 and then take 10% off? That’s based on an estimate of 330 miles at 100%. Seems to work for me.
  3. RAN Charging Costs are now live! (at certain stations)

What?! Off-peak charging in New Mexico is $0.03/kWh.
  4. Still can't set HOME as "Current Location"

I have a similar problem: “current location” is recorded as my neighbor’s house across the street, and when I plug in my address, the map thinks I’m 50 feet away. Worst, in neither case will the Motion Cam turn off, even though I have “Off at Home” selected. I just have to turn it off and on...
  5. ABRP 4.5.0. gets a major upgrade

I appreciate the work you are doing on the automatic routing, but I would LOVE to see some expanded manual options! Let us manually add charging stops we know we want to use, and how many miles we want to add there, and then fill in areas we don’t know automatically. Also, I can’t convince my...
  6. 48A vs. 40A for home charging??

This is exactly what we chose to do, also in the hope that it would prolong battery life. Haven't yet needed faster charging, but could fairly easily change the dip switches if I needed to.
  7. Gear Tunnel Door stuck; DON'T USE emergency button!

I've done the old turn off and back on, of course, but I haven't a clue how I would unplug the emergency button -- especially since I do not have access through the tunnel door. I barely fit in the tunnel; there's definitely not extra room to work in there!
  8. Gear Tunnel Door stuck; DON'T USE emergency button!

My driver side gear tunnel door latch will not release. The motor whirs, but the door doesn't budge. I thought it a bright idea to crawl in the tunnel (the passenger side still works) and push on the door while pressing the emergency release button. Bad idea. Now the truck thinks there's a...
  9. Improved AC (colder and stronger) after OTA 22.23

Update: RSC in San Diego found a fault in a temperature sensor in the refrigerant line. Took a day to get the part and all was fixed in 48 hours. Got back across the desert comfortably!
  10. Improved AC (colder and stronger) after OTA 22.23

UPDATE: Rivian Service Center San Diego fixed the problem in 46 hours. Temperature sensor in the refrigerant line had to be replaced. Return trip across the Sonoran Desert was much more comfortable!!
  11. Improved AC (colder and stronger) after OTA 22.23

Same thing happened to us! A/C conked out in 113-degree weather — had to drive five hours with family in scorching Arizona heat with windows wide open. R1T now in shop; no time estimate yet.
