This is what the customer service rep told me this morning via chat: "We currently offer only US access to R1 Shop and we hope to expand this to the Canadian market in the upcoming period". I guess she is mis-informed if you guys are receiving access to the Shop.- stickyfingers

I saw the 5 out front plus 4 R1S's in the back parking lot next to the chargers. I also saw about 7 in the service bays (inside the building). I should have rather said a "a number of them" instead of "tons". Got excited.- stickyfingers

I am an early 2019 pre-order holder and my delivery still states "Processing Estimate" although I did switch from an R1T to an R1S as I bought a lightning earlier this year - couldn't wait any longer for the R1T.
