I have tremendous respect for the Model Y and I understand its appeal to a large portion of car buyers but I have never understood why it is considered an SUV.
Seeing it side by side with the R2 really reinforces that confusion for me. Tall, roomy sedan, sure. But an SUV?
Anxious to see some...
Agreed, but it was doing that prior to this update. What's not working is it including the Ionna station in the route planning so that it tells you how much to charge to and how many chargers are available. EA availability is also not working. I'm sure they'll get it sorted out, but bummer that...
I'm seeing the same issues with Ionna and EA not displaying on the map in the R1.
Tried a re-boot and thought sure that would sort it, but no joy.
Maybe a map update is going to be required as well? It's particularly amusing the you can search for and navigate to "Ionna Charging Station" in...
Success! CDOR deposited the $5,000 Colorado Innovative Vehicle Tax Credit to our account today.
I haven't received any direct communication from the state, just the deposit. This is after filing for the credit on our taxes, being rejected, filing a protest (also rejected) and then requesting a...
High for me. I sort of weirdly enjoy the game of "Stop Sign Shuffleboard" where I try to lift off the accelerator at just the right spot so that the R1 comes to a full stop right at the sign using only regen.
CDOR's denied my Innovative Motor Vehicle Tax Credit protest today.
The original denial stated that the R1S did not meet the minimum GVWR requirement. I filed a protest and included a picture of the door plate, showing the GVWR of 8,532 pounds, along with copies of all the other documentation...
Submitted a picture of my door jam along with my protest on April 20th and so far all I've gotten is acknowledgement of receipt of the protest and the protest number.
For those that protested and "won", how long did the process take?
Thanks much
To answer my own question: I had two R1S configurations in my profile (I was playing around with different wheel/tire combos and battery sizes). Apparently this was a problem for ABRP. Deleted the one that was not our actual Rivian and, after re-connecting, all was well.
I guess I'm glad I'm not the only one. I opened a ticket over a week ago with them but other than acknowledging their receipt of my message I haven't heard anything from them.
Anyone else having connection issues getting your ABRP account to link to your Rivian for Over-the-air live data?
I have an ABRP subscription and I have had the R1S connected for months, but ABRP says the connection is broken. Try to log in with my Rivian credentials (confirmed they are valid...
We replaced our Pirelli Scorpion ATs at ~15k miles even though they have a ton of tread left because the are
SO LOUD
Went with 275/65R-20 Toyo Open Country A/T III EV SL. Nice ride, much quieter.
We are a year into a 3 year/45k miles lease. My boy math was that I was likely going to have...
