Don't have that exact adapter, but will vouch for A2Z's quality as I own two NACS to CCS adapters. Even if they built it into the price, great CX to avoid buyer getting a tariff bill from UPS or FedEx. (edit) corrected to NACS to CCS.

To add, I had it disabled before update and had to redisable after the update. It was easy to feel difference for me.

Have G1 and was able to disable after the update last week. It was under the Driver+ menu as the last option in settings.

Rivian has done a tremendous job of becoming part of the Bloomington-Normal community and even has a Rivian office in the Research Park just south of the UIUC campus. I don't think it hurts there is a great pool of tech. talent here in Central Illinois.

I found the more you think about it, the slower it is to roll out.

My guess, like the current navigation, the connect + subscription will be required for the full functionality. I'm sure you can navigate without the subscription and get charging stops, but you'll miss a lot of the bells and whistles (3d, satellite, location information, pictures, reviews, etc.).

2 out of 3 times, I have to take out my phone and go into Rivian app and it "wakes" the vehicle. Might as well have turned on the authentication.

Not a huge deal but it DOES integrate with the Rivian app and you can see output from the app.
