Yes they call proactively. They said they run the diagnosis for every car and see the issue from my car. Wondering any 2025 Gen2 owner got calls recently too?

I requested a service to fix it but Rivian told me this is normal on some position. I did not see the same on front passenger seat though.

It depends on the buy out loan rate. Given the high interest rate nowadays (easily 2x of the 2.99% rate), it can make $7500 incentive a wash or very little gain.
