Yes they call proactively. They said they run the diagnosis for every car and see the issue from my car. Wondering any 2025 Gen2 owner got calls recently too?They called you proactively?
Wow. You'd never get that kind of service with an ICE vehicle. Imagine GM calling you to tell you to bring in your Yukon to have the gas tank replaced because they have some data that say's it might leak soon.Yes they call proactively. I don't think it's very common. Just bad luck that can apply to anything.Our RS1 died in the driveway on Sunday. Been in the service center all week. Just found out the high voltage battery has to be replaced due to an issue with the contactors. Trying to figure out how common this is. Rivian proactively came out and replaced the 12v battery in October and we had to take it in for some fix they wanted to do a month ago….
