Good question about low vs kneel height. Mobile service said for best efficiency try using lowest height. My response was I only have low which was brutal on oem pirelles. Low is fine on the new 22" Toyo OC AT3EV's.

G2 Heat pump held up great even in -15F temps. Efficiency took a beating (snow mode & lots of temp hold at 70 while running errands) but good to know I can adventure safely even in these frigid temps.

Yes mopar is dodge/jeep dealership (Stellantis) if you have one give em a call. Tire offer link they might try to charge you for alignment but can't actually do it so just tell them you'll take it to rivian for that.

I can 100% confirm rivian does not account for miles driven only. I Just drove 10 miles while using 30kw of climate control for an impressive 0.3 kWh efficiency. My guess is between the gen2 camera upgrades and heat pump zeros out any sort of increased efficiency one could expect.

Same here. Finally got update yesterday G2 Dual R1S No C+. Worked right away/for all of 6 hrs. Woke up this am to nothing. App says spooky mode turning on/off but vehicle doesn't respond to anything.
