I ran 275/60r20 with no TPMS for over a year, no issues with adaptive cruise or highway assist. I did that a year ago and have since installed some TPMS in them. There might be issues with the actual tire size, as Dark-Fx mentioned, related to the programming for certain Driver+ features...
You are correct, you'll have to remove some panels. It is not sealed and is already exposed so you'll be ok. I left mine off as it was easier than trying to manipulate them to put back on. Some manufacturers have replacement panels. Rock sliders should not reduce your ground clearance, depending...
I've had SF on my R1T since I received it in 2022. I did price shop beforehand and the Nationwide/Rivian insurance was about 40% higher than the SF rate. I've done price shopping on insurance every other year (sometimes every year) and most all other insurers have lower auto coverage pricing but...
Not enough information, tbh. If they're sending a print and asking it to be printed, seems like they're volume is low. If they aren't sent a print and they need to do that design, then this is impressive.
I just wanted to add that since you're coming up from Indy to Northern Michigan (passing through my neck of the woods), I'm guessing you're either coming through 31 or 69. I've done both routes a few times with no issues for charging options but once you are north of 94 you've got some hard life...
Ford is struggling to find engineers with Li-Ion manufacturing experience for their battery plant in Marshall, MI. I believe they are calling it "Blue Oval Battery Park".
Source: I get contacted 3-4 times per week on positions there.
Caledonia, MI SC quoted (and charged) the brake fluid flush service at $0 parts / $242 labor (1.1 hour).
They also try to include a comprehensive inspection which is $264 (1.2 hour) as part of that "package".
This one should work for ya. A2Z makes good adapters.

Rivian is in the process of adding NACS connections at RAN sites. The initial rollout is 100% CCS1 so I would assume for now that is the case as I haven't really...

Nope, they don't. Several others and I on this forum have just removed the plastic. Some followed the video instructions to make the cut outs, but if you take it out into some dirt/mud it fills up with or without holes. You really can't tell they aren't there unless you look underneath.
I guess I had something similar happen, but I normally unlock my R1 with the key fob when leaving the house. I noticed yesterday that the app would update with current info from the R1, but I couldn't do anything while the truck was sleeping. Once I woke it with the fob, everything in the app...
McMaster is usually on the high end for cost, but they sell good stuff. Get yourself a tool balancer. Mount it to a wall or hang, either works.

Started trialing a OnePlus 13 recently, and it works waaaay better than my Pixel 7 did as PaaK. Key thing I found was to press the app switcher button and then you can lock/unlock apps from being closed. Having the Rivian app "open" helps a lot. I do still open the app as I'm walking to it...
Some people refer to Highway Assist as Driver+. That isn't Driver+, it is a part of Driver+. The person you replied to is saying that Driver+ works on non-geofenced roads, which it does, and Highway Assist does not (in a roundabout way, I suppose). The person which that person replied to is...
Just an FYI for those in Michigan - You can get a ticket for having this on the front driver/passenger side windows, except for the top 4 inches.
That aside, cool offering. Always like what @twraps comes up with and the stuff I've got has installed pretty easily.
