Android App Issue - EDIT Rivian issue, fixed many hours later

Also had this issue since yesterday, force stopping the app didn't work. But thanks to the suggestion above, powering off/on the phone worked.

App is back online. Had to clear cache and storage to get the login to work.

Will have to setup my phone key......again, but at least it's back to working.

Can confirm. Clearing Cache and Data is the answer. Inconvenient yes, but fixed.

I guess I had something similar happen, but I normally unlock my R1 with the key fob when leaving the house. I noticed yesterday that the app would update with current info from the R1, but I couldn't do anything while the truck was sleeping. Once I woke it with the fob, everything in the app was working. This meant that I couldn't vent windows or start HVAC until I was right at the truck.

Logging out and logging back in resolved that issue.
