So it sounds like there are a few ways to mitigate or fix this. Let’s see how long this rubber fix works. At least for me having the nearest service center to me being a few hours away, I’d rather try this for awhile and see how it goes.

I probably can but honestly can’t even see it at all. I am calling it good.

Can confirm this works very well. Only thing I can hear now are the other rattles in the cab (rear driver side door) and the front suspension. It’s not the prettiest thing but it does the job and you can’t see it from normal seating views at all.

Bought the same kit as OP @Michael and cut off a small section ~7 inches or so and stuffed it under most of the way (in case I need to get it back out) in the middle of the grill. Will update on effectiveness and photos later, going to be very warm here tomorrow.

Long shot but anyone in the DSM area have a NACS to CCS adapter from A2Z or Lectron I can borrow for a weekend? Figured by now I’d have the Rivian provided one (fuck Elon) and doing a last minute trip to Bentonville this weekend and can’t get an A2Z adapter in time.

I think time will tell but I believe them when they say it was bad powder coating on some batches. Mine lasted a winter and I got the replacements within 30 days of emailing their support and put the replacements on last week.

Nice. I just used two of these for the first time earlier this week down in Indiana on my way to Bowling Green, Kentucky. Magic Docks work great, just sucks they are 150kW limited. Still better than nothing though
