According to Rivian Roamer 97% of R1s have updated to 2025.35. Ours has not. We are Connect+ subscribers and never an issue in the past. Just did a soft reset and will do the hazard light reset if we don't get the notice soon. Anyone else not updating as expected?

I’m in the same exact boat. Gen 2 Connect+ subscriber who has usually gotten updates sooner. I’m sure it will show up eventually.

You just have to wait until they decide to send it to you. If they start deploying the next update before yours gets the previous one then you might have a valid concern but until then nothing you can do or should worry about, just wait.

FYI I just got mine yesterday so probably rolling out the last batch this week.

I haven't either (C+ subscriber), but not in a rush. I actually may skip this update - not excited to possibly end up with the delayed proximity unlock bug or bass decrease. I'm pretty happy with .24 after my last 10 day service visit, lol.

I was also wondering why my Gen 2 (with Connect +) wasn't getting the latest version earlier this week as well, turned out it was Wifi related. My truck may or may not have a wifi issue or it was my router, haven't pinpointed yet.
But I have noticed my Gen 2 has a terrible time connecting and staying connected with my wifi compared to my Gen 1 that I had for 2.5 years.

I got the 2025.35 update, but had to do the hazard button reset to get everything to work again... (The screen with the tire pressures was frozen)

Ours still hasn't updated. Last time we took it in I forgot to leave the key card. I wonder if it's still in service mode.

It would say service mode on the main screen if it was stuck in service mode.

I would contact support at this point. It has been long enough. You could also try a hard reset and then ensure you have a good connection to your home WiFi.

I didn't get pinged for the update until today. C+ doesn't seem to have any influence there. If you care about the update and are on wifi, you may want to disconnect and see if it'll download off the cellular.

I suppose it may be worth checking version numbers to see if they paused the rollout for a bit to address some of the reported bugs.

Thanks. Did a hard reset tonight and the wifi connection is strong. If we don't have it in the next few days I'll contact support.

Maybe a hot fix is in progress causing a delay.

I hope so. Either way, there's nothing in this update I want that badly to deal with possibly ending up with what sound like annoying bugs. The last update took a 10 day visit to the service center to fix the problems it surfaced. I'm going to be much more discriminating about when I choose to download updates.

Called Rivian today about missing the update. Got a call back about four hours later as promised and was told the update was pushed to our R1S. After that it updated like normal. They don't know why it was skipped. Excellent customer service as usual.
